Before we got involved, The Holy Trinity Catholic Church parking lot was asphalt and in total disrepair, as there were issues with drainage and flooding. We assisted with the design, engineering, and construction of a new parking area, solving flooding issues, and providing an aesthetically pleasing and functional parking lot.
The pavement area that was surfaced with permeable pavers (Aquapave) was approximately 22,000 sf. All of that area was available for water infiltration. In addition to the permeable pavement, there were several building roofs contributing to run-off water onto the permeable pavement. The estimated area of the contributed surface was 4,700 sf. We solved the issue and the church’s parking lot is now fully functional.
